The Corona virus has caused so much fear and distress in the lives many around the world. Many hearts are failing because of fear. Fear of the unknown. Many are losing jobs, homes, love ones and some don’t even know where their next meal is coming from. Sleepless nights, anxiety and doubt. But despite of all this, rest assured that there is a father in heaven who hears our every plea. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Our movements are restricted but we must still remain active. Keep doing our exercises and eat well balanced meals. Eat less meats and oil. Eat more vegetables and fruit and consume more water. Try to get a good night’s rest.

This chronic inflammation and insulin resistance can lead to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancers including breast , prostate and colon. Too much visceral fat , also called central abdominal obesity, can be harmful to your health and needs to be reduced.

Self motivation and self determination begins with you and me. We have to make the importance changes needed to achieve this goal and go on with our lives.
